This cache was placed on the first day of what turned into an 8 day road trip with my Dad. He had worked on a lot of the roads out this way quite a few years ago. You used to go through a ranch at the very beginning of the road just past the community of Bridge Creek, & Dad was surprised at all the changes that had occurred. I wish that everyone could have such a great "tour guide" as my Dad is through the backroads that we ended up going on in this area & others. He even remembers a lot of the people's names that lived in the areas & had quite a few stories about them as well.
There is a good pull out area right near the cache, even with the logging traffic that can come by & there's a good view near by as well.
Regular size cache with a few trade items.
