You found them on the same day.
The cache owners are not the same person.
The names of the caches are identical.

This cache does not count! It has been given the same name as another Copenhagen cache, but you cannot qualify by logging this one.

The caches can be anywhere in the world- but remember: no virtual caches allowed!
