Geocache Description:

Tortoises
Tortoises

Part of a series of caches around Wybunbury and covering part of the Crewe and Nantwich Circular Walk set for the A Roaring Get Together Event. The caches are a variety of sizes and containers. Some contain pencils, but some do not. Also standard caching equipment maybe required to obtain the log from some caches.

The walk can be done in either direction and is about 5.5km in length. There are two hostelries in Wybunbury which are en route.

There is plenty of parking on street in Wybunbury or alternatively there is a car park at N53 02.728 W002 27.228 which closes at 8pm Apr-Oct and 4pm Nov-Mar.

Please stick to the public footpaths. Some parts are across fields, so decent footwear is recommended. Also, at the time of placing there was livestock in some fields, so please keep geodogs on their leads.

LOG ETIQUETTE: Geocache hiders sometimes go through a great deal of planning to place their caches. As a result, they'd like to hear your feedback on whether you liked or disliked any aspect of the hide, or if you feel that some cache maintenance is required. Single word, acronym, or emoticon logs may be easier when you have a lot of caches to log, but it doesn't tell the hider or other finders anything about your adventure (or lack thereof) in finding the cache. Please keep this in mind when entering your log.
