Geocache Description:


Since visiting Coobowie a few months ago was pleasantly surprised to find this new Bird viewing area on our return.
At low tide you can observe black swans feeding in the shallow waters.
The views are beautiful and it is so relaxing and peaceful here. We placed our first cache on the penninsular here as we grew up travelling to this town from Mt Barker and Adelaide with our parents to meet family members[our grand parents and great grand parents and other family] with the surname of Tape. As we grew up and had families we still travel to this place that feels like home. This place was always called TAPE town to us,and still is. As all who come to this town will know they are great builders and our ancestors were some of the earliest in the town.
