Geocache Description:

>>>>> Congratulations to Earby Teebird on a VERY quick FTF <<<<

This woodland path, in what is simply known locally as Skipton Woods, is extremely beautiful and continues on from an interesting walk around the back of Skipton Castle. It can be turned into a loop walk (signposted) or a there-and-back if you want to stay under tree cover. The path is a well maintained gravelled path with plenty of opportunity to go off-roading if your kids or dogs wish. Bear in mind this path follows a river and has a pond, so keep an eye on the young 'uns.

Due to tree cover I've provided a good hint, but the cache location is quite obvious when you arrive at the GZ. You are looking for a small black magnetised sample tube. The log is waterproof, so if it's wet just give it a wipe. You'll need your own writing implement.

Please take as much care over finding & replacing the cache as I have in setting it up. Ensure it is hidden out of sight, replacing the cache in the same spot.

Thank you very much
