Geocache Description:

A s/m lock n lock hidden in Diamond in the Pines Park. Cache contains a log and pencil but BYOP just in case. Room for small swag and travel bugs.

This cache is located in Diamond in the Pines Park located in Coram. The park contains a playground voted number one playground in Suffolk County by the Examiner.com.

The park also contains baseball fields, soccer/football fields, walking/biking path, a pavilion, picnic area, and tennis court ( but no net ).  There is also a 9/11 Memorial/ learning center dedicated to residents of Brookhaven and Riverhead who died that day. Recently they added a 9/11 Rescue Dog Memorial to the site.

Basically this park has something for everyone and from the cache location you will get a view of the entire park.
