Geocache Description:

This is a micro at the trailhead of the Davis Conservation Easement. This is another trail system of the Orono Land Trust. Turn on Gardner Rd. and follow it to the parking.

This trail is on a "forever wild" easement and provides a great loop through undisturbed forest habitat. A nearby field contains a grasslike plant species called Orono Sledge that is unique to the Penobscot River Valley.
