Sydney turned six last December and off and on has been bugging me to hide a cache for this. Well we were out a few weeks ago and found this spot. We could have called it "A Rocky Situation by Evergreen Lake" but we named it Syd is now Six instead. Had a nice Ammo Can in the Car that we decided to hide.
There are coords for a good spot to park and there is a nice gravel path that leads down to the lake. Along the way you will find a spot where your coords bring you just off the trail a bit. Please hunt using your "EYES" first. you should spot the cache and then carefully remove it, sign and replace so that the next cachers can likewise spot the cache container and recover it without tearing up the area at ground zero.
The ammo can is a 30 cal can painted brown with "Geocache" on it.
