I've been looking for spots along the river to make some boating caches or paddling ones as I enjoy those types and I finally found this island to share them with you. The cache here is hopefully way way above the high water mark. Should be fairly easy to spot, but your balance better be good.
If paddling out to the island be careful of the current but it is not that far from the shores out to this island. This one has a nice view to the north of the main channel of the Mississippi so while here enjoy the scenery and view upstream.
