The Cache is in the old garden of Redburn House, the family home of the colourful Dunville family famous for their Whisky. There are many tales recounting their exotic animals, hot air ballooning and a smoking donkey amongst others. The house was demolished about 30 years ago and a care home sits on the site. The garden now forms part of a Country Park.
The cache itself is a small screw top plastic container a little bigger than a 35mm container. There is parking available at a public car park close to the cache.
Due to tree coverage gps will only take you in 8-10 metres, however the description and hint are suitably loaded to compensate for this. when you see the old garden pond you will know that you are close
You will have to be wearing your "bush craft head" in order to hook this one! There are plenty of natural resources at hand to help with retrieval. We're talking top camo! I've left two implements very close to cache.
