I was caching in the area completing the 25 and 75 day streak challenges in Agoura Hills/Oak Park, and wanted to place one of my own. Did you know that caches with Q and Z as the starting letter are fairly rare? If you're doing the Simi B's Bingo Challenge in Simi Valley (GC3G7AD), this cache will help with the Q/Z box. I hope this cache helps you with that challenge or with your alphanumerics in general. Or just as an easy addition to your numbers. Spread good vibes. 
This is a park and grab in an office park. Stealth is a good idea, but generally, you shouldn't have much muggle problems outside of normal business hours. It's a log only, so please bring your own writing instrument.
I did the coordinates with my phone, but I did try to average it with Google Earth. Please let me know if I need to change them to be more accurate.
Random tangent: If you like corporate art, there is a checkmark in a circle in the roundabout between the two buildings.
