Geocache Description:

This cache is a bit smaller than I liked but I wanted to get one in this stretch. The Cache it is not at the posted coords... You will need to make a projection to get to the location of the final. . Please replace as found and sorry - be mindful of muggles here.

GSRCJ - SummerEnd Ride 2012 "The Silo Project" is a cache in the "G"reat "S"ummer-end "R"iding "C"ache "J"ourney a bit of a play on our original caching name.

I recently cached in WI where they have "Old Silo" caches just about everywhere.  Do not approach this Silo it is on private property - but from the cache location you should get a fine view of it.  Maybe in the fall or winter you will be able to see a little bit of Paradise too...  (Paradise Lake is back there)
Okay here is what you need to do. At the posted coords you will want to take note of your surroundings. You need to project a waypoint AB degrees and CDF feet.
AB = the number you see times 3 (_ _ x 3)
C= # of letters in the name of the object to the right of the silo
D= # of letters in first (top) word on the sign
F= # of Silos

I have been thinking about putting together a bike trail series and just kept putting it off. Finally at the end of 2012 I am going to get this series out for cachers to enjoy. It is best to either walk or bike down the bike trail for these caches.

There is not good parking along Ada Drive for these - Parking along the road it NOT preferred. If you are going to drive for these caches please park on a side road or safely in a parking area near a cache. Some parking coords are included on the beginning, middle and end of the series.

This cache is a micro above eye level. Enjoy the hunt.
