Here are the qualifiers, please read them:
You must have a Find Rate 2.75 caches/day or more listed on Your Statistics / Caching Chronology.
i.e.
“Find Rate (**.**) caches/day since your first cache find on (**/**/****). ”
Once you achieve this, go find the cache, sign it, fill in i.e. asterisks and post it with your log on line.
