I have been tantalised by several binary puzzle caches in the last little while. When I saw this type of puzzle on a flight recently, I thought it the perfect compliment to the local binary-focussed caches.
The rules of the puzzle are:
01 - No more than two adjacent squares (columns and rows) may contain the same digit.
10 - Each row and each column must contain the same number of 0s and 1s
11 - No row may be the same as any other row. No column may be the same as any other column.
