This is our first time hiding a Geo-cache, and we chose one of our favorite local outdoor parks as the destination for it. The Morell Nature Sanctuary has a great network of trails that range from easy loops to more difficult, rocky climbs. There is an abundance of wildlife that can be seen while walking these trails and it makes it a favortie for our geo-kid.
The cache is hidden just a few feet off of the Yew Loop trail, this is a wheelchair and stroller friendly trail, up until the last couple of feet for the cache grab. No bushwacking is required just a few steps off from the trail is all that is needed to make the grab. It is a camoflaged small-medium Lock and Lock container, there is a trackable Geo-coin inside for the first to find. ** Congratulations to "cachehound5150" for the FTF!**
