Geocache Description:

A small cache that will really make you work for your just reward!

Thought I would place another cache up here so there's one more for geocachers to earn from the steep hike up here. This one is hard work because it's placed somewhat out of the way from the main trails that the majority of the other caches along this mountain ridge are. In addition the quickest way to this location is a steep unpaved bike trail, that can even be treacherous on the way down if your not sure-footed enough. But in addition to the cache itself your rewarded with an amazing view! On a clear enough day you can see much of the local pacific coast, including the Half Moon Bay airport, Moss beach and Pillar Point Harbor to the South. While to the North you can see San Pedro Valley, Sweeney Ridge, and parts of San Francisco and the North Bay. There also the gorgeous close-up view of Montera Mountain and it's Valley. If you travel a bit to the West you can even see the Farallon Islands if the weather permits.
