"Papacito" Evan T. Reyes is a local jazz guitar player and well-known environmental activist. He has attended every single CITO event in the region since the cache type was invented. He takes his caching very seriously, and it wasn't long before the victim, Peyton Cash, rubbed him the wrong way. Peyton always chose trash-filled areas for his hides, used environmentally unfriendly containers, and never cleaned up his caches that were archived or ransacked by animals. To Reyes, this was an infuriating travesty.
Investigating the scene, you show his picture to neighbors, joggers, and anyone else in the area. Finally, someone responds, "Yes! I saw him..."

Getting There... The parking coordinates are at the trailhead of a paved suburban trail, great for a leisurely walk or bike ride. The entire series should be less than two miles, round trip.
