Motivo de la Singularidad Es un olivo de gran tamaño, en el que destaca especialmente el grosor y el aspecto retorcido de su tronco, que llega a alcanzar un diámetro de 1,30 metros. Posee una frondosa y bien formada copa que da sombra a un buen tramo de la calle. Se trata de un vestigio de los olivares que antiguamente poblaban la zona. Se encuentra en la carretera Mijas- Benalmádena (A-368), a la altura de la urbanización La Noria. Crece en mitad de la acera, junto a la valla de una parcela de la urbanización.
