Haggis Highway: From Wee Acorns Traditional Cache

Part of the Haggis Highway trail and part of a series of events as shown below, please do not look for or log this cache before Friday 5th October.

To celebrate the creation of this section of the Haggis Highway events will take place on 5th, 6th and 7th October 2012.

The events are as follows:
Wick ~ Bar Blether GC3PQ71 - Friday 5th October from 19:00
Wick ~ Dinner GC3PQ89 - Saturday 6th October from 17:00
Dunbeath ~ Lunch GC3PQ8R - Sunday 7th October 10:00~12:00

This area was designed and planted in 2011, to replace the "condemned" woodland next door.
Oak, Ash, Hazel and Scots Pine are some of the native trees which have been planted, along with a variety of fruit bushes.
It is a bit barren looking just now but in a few years it should be quite different.
Have a walk around.
