MEGA South Africa 2012 – This cache has been placed for the duration of South Africa’s first Mega Event. This cache will remain after the Mega to be enjoyed by all geocachers. This cache has been placed with the kind permission of Voortrekker Monument Heritage Site. Please take care of the surrounding environment – this is a Nature Reserve.
This is a night cache. You will need a UV light/torch, although a normal torch with a strong beam will also do the job.
Go to the listed coordinates. You will see a very large example of an OPOR - a border of rocks all along the road. Do not be discouraged!
If you have come prepared with the correct equipment (a strong enough torch), all you have to do is shine your light around and all shall be revealed...
Stand at the listed coords and shine your torch a few metres to the left and a few metres to the right along the rock border. The special one will glow for you.
Note: Please do not remove any other stones from the wall.
