No Crabbing Multi-Cache
Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions
in our disclaimer.
This cache is located on the Tommy Thompson trail. While riding my bike here I have seen sea otter, river otter, harbor seals, Pacific loons and the largest octopus I have ever seen.
The coordinates take you to the parking lot for the trail. The cache is not here. The cache is located 3009 feet away on a heading of 87 degrees from magnetic north. The cache is on the trail where the trail transitions from petroleum emulsion aggregate to cellulose fiber cement composite. It is on the side of the trail where moss is least likely to grow. Hold on to the handrail. You do not need to climb down the rocks. Please return the cache to the same location where you found it.
CRS98 calculated the heading as 116 degrees from true north or 100 degrees from magnetic north. I hope this helps those who are more technical than I am.
