A short easy walk in a beautiful park and our first cache.
We've been coming to Gabriola Island every year since our oldest daughter was in preschool and we just love it here. There are so many neat places to explore on the island and our favorite place to picnic is at this park a little further up the trail under the cherry tree on the beach. Our kids just love checking the tidal pools, and flipping over rocks to see what's underneath. Cache is only a few steps off the trail and should be fairly easy to find although I hope it is well disguised. Gps was pretty accurate here. There's a toonie for the FTF. We are also using this cache to start our family's travel bug race to see who can travel the most miles in a year so if you can help please do. Enjoy
