The cache takes you to an area that should satisfy any shopper and is conveniently located just off the highway. You may need to use a little stealth if the area is busy.
No need to walk through the gardens to access the cache. You don't need to remove the entire cache in order to sign the log, you'll understand when you find it. Pay attention to the size of the cache in the description to find the log.
