Who: All Geocachers in Southcentral AK at the moment of the event are invited

What: 12-12-12-12-12 Flash Mob Event

When: 12:12 PM sharp

Where: Anchorage Town Square (Follow your GPS)

Why: Just a chance to get together for a few minutes

12:00 - 12:11 PM Cachers: Roam around and keep warm

STAY AWAY from ground zero! As much as you, can act like a muggle.
It isn't Tourist season, but you are a tourist join us and if you're not a tourist dress like a winter tourist!
(You know - Parka, Fur/Wool hat, camera, Gloves/Mittens, Bunny Boots and anything else needed for warmth.)

12:11 PM make your way toward the event coordinates.

12:12 PM exactly (as determined by your GPS clock) we will place an ammocan for log sheets near the coordinates. As you arrive, we'll hand you an official event "personal log sheet". Participants must sign the log sheets (which will later become the log book). To qualify for attendance, drop them in the designated bucket (near the coordinates).

No "personal log sheet"? Your name will be removed from the 'attended' logs!

12:25 PM we will gather and take a group photo.

12:30 PM we will draw a name from the pool of log sheets for the title of First to Find (which wins a Special Prize!) and draw for the door prizes.

12:35AM exactly the log sheets will be packed up and sealed away. The event area will be evacuated without a trace.

Feel free to plan an after-event activity or after-event lunch -
just remember, we HAVE to leave the area promptly at 12:35 PM!!!
