ORACLE OPENWORLD 2012: THE "VISIONARY" DBA Mystery Cache

THERE IS A TRATOR IN OUR MIDST! A ROGUE DBA IS SENDING INSULTS TO THE USERS. YOU MUST STOP THIS RENEGADE BY SOLVING THE PUZZLE BELOW.

The cache is NOT at the posted coordinates. You must first solve the puzzle.

A rogue database administrator has rigged up some nasty SQL. This code will soon activate, and send an insulting message to users. Your job is to figure out the message so that you can warn the users.

You have these clues:

• You have the message data, but it is encrypted
• The message is encrypted using a famous tech titan's name as the encryption key. (This bearded titan will be at Oracle OpenWorld.)
• The key is in format: firstnamelastname, like this: JOHNSMITH
