This is near the enterance to a neighborhood I used to play and ride my bike in when I was younger. There is alot of traffic passing by at most hours. Use caution when stopping to grab this one. You dont want to attract a lot of attention to yourself because you will be out in the open. Please put it back as you found it. Cords may be a little off since I used my phone to get them. It still should not be very hard to figure out though. It is hanging and silver. Difficulty is a little high because of the traffic and the need for stealth.
