This is a NOUN which describes the individual within your caching peer group who always consults the local Central Appraisal District plats in order to determine whether or not the cache you are about hunt is on Private Property or Public Lands, and can be an invaluable asset that may keep your caching group out of harms way.  Out of harms way includes, but is not limited to: Confrontation with the land owner, an encounter with said landowners guard canine, a meet and greet with the local constabular, and if it all goes badly, facing the business end of the landowners bang stick or the law enforcement canine's canines.

 As an example:

 "this omrealtor in our team really saved us alot of trouble by checking the omrealty and keeping us off private property"
