Here are some clues.
Find the connection between
Tyldesley, Cheetham Hill, Ancoats, Radcliffe, Blackley, Sale, Clayton, and Salford Precinct.
An Extra hint, They are all in the Manchester area.

One last bit of help
Once you have solved the conversion of 'place names to numbers'
Add them all together, the check sum of all the numbers will be 135 hopefully. If not you have made an error. The check sum of the towns listed will be 126 Good Luck.
