Welcome to a very newly developed part of Preston Victoria.
Alansee found one of my caches today while he was on the way back from a new hardware superstore in this area. And was surprised that no caches had been placed in this newly developed area yet. Well yes, that's true, but I had already found a great location for a cache here, and was planning on placing it this afternoon 
We needed to pick up some big sheves for the shop this afternoon, so took the opportunity to place it.....
At certain times there will be 200 million trillion muggles at this location, but you will blend it. At other times, no muggles, but you will look terribly terribly suspect.
