This may not be the most extreme cache in Northeast Missouri,
but it may be one of the most extreme in Lewis County.

UPDATE 21-11-2016

The state of Missouri decided to replace the old steel structure bridge with a new concrete one . So, I replaced and relocated the cache.

I don't think it's fair to those who found this before to change the D/T ratings. So, I am leaving them as is.
