"Blitzing"

Pronounced Blit-zing

This word is an adverb or verb that is usually associated with the hard-corps FTF hounds out there.  These cachers head out the door as soon as they get the published notification on their smart phones, and wake the kids in the middle of the night for a FTF hunt.  The problem with blitzing new caches is, that is your rabid, foaming at the mouth, no-hold-barred, devil be damned addiction to FTF's, you have neglected to read the cache page to see if you've met any challenge requirements such as corroborating lists or other prerequisites.  Yes, you may indeed have been the first to blitz a new cache, but you weren't the FTQF (First to QualiFind) and complete the cache requirements.  Not that this protocol matters to these zombie raiders, but the cacher that provides all the prerequisites first, then finds the physical cache afterwards, is the TRUE FTF!  (I gotta stop this H8Keyn, lol. There is a variation of blitzers that even make up their own prerequisites to complete challenge caches incorrectly, and are the worst type of blitzers. They are the dreaded "seeforing" cachers!

As an example:  "I wish these guys would read the cache pages before going out and blitzing the container!"
