spooky_luke: I replaced this cache before 9AM on 14/6. By 2PM on the same day, it appears to have gone. It has clearly been targeted, but as it didn't contain a Bonus Number, it can go without harming the rest of the series at this stage. Many thanks to all who visited this cache.

Geocache Description:

A circular series of caches set on the public footpaths and cycle trail around Heligan.

The caches are laid out in a circular loop of around 4km and some contain a number to help you find the Bonus Cache. Don't forget to make a note of the numbers if you wish to find it!

Although the caches are of varying size (up to Regular), not all contain a pen, so you should bring your own. You may also find that tweezers are useful for removing the logs from any of the smaller caches.

As always, please watch out for muggles and re-hide the caches well, exactly where you find them.

The trail has some changes of elevation and although mostly hard-packed dirt, there can also be some muddy stretches after wet weather so wearing wellies or boots would be sensible.

During the daytime, free parking can be found at N 50° 17.240 W 004° 48.874 close to Heligan overflow . However, please take note of the times that the gates are locked!
