VFW Tank Resurrection
This cache is in honor of my son, Theodore Clay Shamblin (see picture), E-1 Private in the US Army National Guard. He was, as this is posted, in basic training at Fort Benning and I am proud for the sacrifice he is making for his country. He is no longer in the ONG, but I am nonetheless proud.
This cache is a resurrection of one of the most challenging caches in our area. It is animated in a unique way and has vexed many a seeker for years. The cache is essentially the same as the original, with similar size and location. It is nano-sized so bring a writing utensil. A ‘tweezer’ tool is recommended for log retrieval and the writing utensil might be needed for more than just signing. The cache is located less than 5 minutes from my home so I can replace logs and check on possible ‘muggling’ if you just let me know.
