This area of Winchester is the Industrial Park. It's been a struggle to fill up the empty spaces in the park. The current economy has made this task much more difficult in recent years. The good news is that these caches on this road should be around for a long time.
The cache is located where all of these types of hides can be found. Bring a pencil and enjoy the P&G.
