Locher Road is the first Crossing West of Hancock. It is located a mile west of the former Signals at B116.9,that once marked the West End of the double track at passing siding of Hancock.

The cache you seek is hidden along the Western Maryland rail Trail in plain sight.

No Room for a writing Instrument so BYOP, Stealth will depend on day and time of your hunt.
