Cache is located sorta like Upper Deck.  Please use Stealth when going after this cache as muggles are prevalent more during certain times than others.

Cache is placed as part of the Jese James Cache Bash 5.  MWSU has its homecoming Parade on 8/13/12 so area might be busy during this particular morning.
