Stage 1 of this multi cache is a medium sized clip lid box at the headline co-ordinates and can be approached from three different directions:-
(1) From the public footpath off Eastbourne Road at Mornings Mill Farm, Willingdon.
(2) From the junction of Manor Way and Brightling Road, Polegate.
(3) From Lynholm Road, Polegate.
Parking however, is easiest at starting points (2) and (3).
Stage 1 contains the co-ordinates for the final cache location.
Whichever starting point is used, finding this cache will involve a round trip walk of approximately half a mile along field footpaths. Spectacular views of The Downs are the reward however.
Tools will be required to recover the cache, but don’t worry, you will find all that you need nearby. Please bring your own pencil or pen as the cache only contains the log sheet and, as well as signing the log, you may find it useful anyway.
The area is used extensively by dog walkers so stealth may be required.
