Geocache Description:

From this location, East, West, North, and South one can see panoramic views of Buffalo History. The Buffalo Central Terminal looking east. Cargill's & Concrete Central grain elevators looking west. North is downtown Buffalo, with the HSBC Tower standing tall. South is some of the old heart of industrial Buffalo, all now brown lands waiting healing to be used again as parkland.

Red Jacket Peninsula is named in honor of Seneca Chief Red Jacket. There is a memorial Bench near the path leading in to this cache in his honor.
