Geocache Description:

The cache is a small lock and lock located along the Niagara River by the North Public Dock in Youngstown, New York.

The cache is located at a beautiful location along the Niagara River.  It brings you to the North Public Dock in Youngstown, NY.  From here there are gorgeous views of Fort Niagara, Fort George, and where the river meets Lake Ontario.  This is also a great place for year-round viewing of waterfowl, including herons, ducks, cormorants, and sometimes eagles. 
 
The cache is a 2.5 cup square lock and lock covered in black duck tape.  There some room for tradables.  Depending on the time of year there may be muggles present.
