You are looking for a medium sized bison tube. It is bright red for easy visibility. This is a log only cache. BYOP
After getting this cache, take this side-path to the observing platform (Volo Bog - #11). After getting #11 you will need to come back this way to finish the loop of the Tamarack Trail.
