The area's of Windsor, Sandwich and Tecumseh are directly named in respect of the "War of 1812" Please check out all our local communities and think about the reasons for the names. This cache is located in "Chippewa" Park.
In Chippewa customs one is to place the dead in a grave facing west. So is our cache, imagine 200 years ago a Chippewa might also have stood on that very spot. Please place back exactly like you find it please. Parking is across the street or on shoulder. Please follow all crossings and signs as it can be a busy intersection when crossing to the park. You are looking for a Bison tube.
