BOUNCY BUNNY'S TRIBUTE CACHE - Rockin' Rabbit Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Middle Earthlings: I am archiving this cache today due to the increasing damage the hunt for this is causing.

I would never want to harm any creatures, or wildlife in the area. There are some very rare salamanders living in this area, and as cachers we would never knowingly wish to do harm to them, or the vegetation in our woods.

Thank you to all who have honoured Ralph with the celebration of his 10,000 milestone. He is now rapidly approaching another milestone! Lol. Time to get busy for the next.

Thanks to each and every one of you who took the time to hunt for this and honour our good friend Ralph. Be kind to nature, hug a tree or two and tread lightly on Mother Earth. [:D]

Geocache Description:

A series of tribute caches to Res2100 (Ralph) to celebrate his 10,000 find, to recognize his friendship, enthusiasm for the game, his creativity, and willingness to help other fellow cachers.

Congratulations Ralph for reaching your 10th year, and 10,000th cache find.

What can I say about Ralph that hasn't been said before? Well, made me dance through poison ivy, catch falling snakes from trees, been there to egg me on and praise me when I would find a cache. Laughed while his daughter and I sang songs, always answered my questions no matter how silly they were, took me on my first night cache, and invited me to go along with the most seasoned of cachers-even when I barely knew what I was doing. He and Lisa joined me when I went for my 100th find, and again for my 400th. I think it only fitting that we honour him for his milestone 10,000th.
Ralph possesses a quality that makes you admire him and draws you to him like a rare earth magnet. I watched him recently at GHAGAFAP and there were at least four people asking him questions all at once. He never once looked flustered, yet answered each question in that soft spoken manner he possesses. A rare find indeed!

Thank you Ralph, mentor, cacher, friend.

Cache is located within Conservation Halton grounds. It is on the border between Crawford Lake and Rattlesnake Point Conservation areas. Please note you will need to pay an entrance fee, or own a season pass.

Conservation Halton has requested that you tread lightly in their woods, due to delicate flora and fauna. They also stressed that the dead end @ Walkers Line is not an access point, and we have been advised that cars will be ticketed if left there.
