Geocache Description:

I created this as one of the series of caches to honor Alamogul for his 75K finds. Chose 1975 phrases.

This area is an industrial area & some great historical sites near by. Richmond was famous during world war II for
having a large amount of woman making ships in this area. On October 14, 2000, the Rosie the Riveter/World War II Home Front National Historical Park was opened in Richmond, California, site of four Kaiser shipyards, where thousands of "Rosies" from around the country worked (although ships at the Kaiser yards were not riveted, but rather welded).] Over 200 former Rosies attended the ceremony. There is a new museum and store that recently opened up this year near by. There is a cache 3WNYJ Rosie the Riveter NHP permanent visitor center located where the museum is.
