The Lilienstrenus was a theropod from the late Triassic period. They were estimated to grow about 17 feet long, had five-fingered hands, an impressive head crest, and a bipedal posture that must have allowed it to reach respectable speeds in pursuit of prey. This close relative of other early theropods like Coelophysis and Dilophosaurus was one of the largest predators of its time.
This multi cache is hidden in Cabin John Trail/Park/Creek. The trail is the perfect place to go for a hike or run, walk the dog, or just simply take in the beauty of nature. You are bound to run into some wildlife in these parts as well. You may encounter thorns, spiders and poison ivy. You could possibly get wet, muddy, scratched or bruised so please use caution.
The first stage will probably be the most physically challenging. I suggest wearing shoes with good tread and use caution if you are searching after it rains, as the terrain can become quite treacherous. Once you find stage one, get ready for a nice uphill hike. If you made it here with no problems, then getting to the final stage should be a breeze. Take in the beauty and enjoy the hike. Round trip from the parking area is close to a mile. The final container is a regular sized lock n lock, filled with some small toys. I left one of our dinosaur pathtags for the FTF
Happy Dinosaur Hunting!!!
