This cache is part of a series of 40 Caches in celebration of the 40th birthday of cacher FooManJoo (Josh).

Josh had heard Frederics was a great place to shop, unfortunately (or maybe that's fortunately), he went to the Frederics in Burbank rather than the one in Hollywood.
