Geocache Description:

Wold is a term used in England to describe a range of hills which consists of open country overlying a base of limestone or chalk.

It is derived from the Old English Wald meaning forest. The meaning has changed from forest to open high ground over the years once high forest had been cleared.

The coordinates above are NOT the ones of the cache but a place to leave one car if you are coming from this side of the Island. Once the puzzle is solved, a path will take you to the cache in a tranquil, beautiful spot, where an easel would not be out of place.

The cache is at: N50 AB.CBD W001 CE.FGH
