Geocache Description:

Part of the FTF Power Trail started by fishingmad.

As this is cache number 60 on the PT, I thought it should have something to do with minutes and seconds.
This fits well with geocaching in two ways.
Firstly, your GPSr works by getting time signals from at least four satellites and then uses time delays and triangulation to get your coords.
Secondly there are the coords themselves. We usually express them as degrees and minutes (with the minutes to three decimal places), but they can be expressed as degrees, minutes and seconds.

And it's time for another puzzle cache on the PT, so here's an easy one - and I'm only giving you seconds to work it out!
The cache is at S 118545.78 E 494597.94
