Öbacken-Bränninge naturreservat består dels av betad mark, dels av ett skogsbeklätt berg. Det finns en gångväg/stig som går i en slinga runt hela området.
Det finns parkering avsedd för besökare till naturreservatet om man kör in på vägen (vilket är OK trots skyltarna). Det finns även en cache därute.

Öbacken-Bränninge nature reserve consists both of grazed pastures with typical meadow flovers, and a forrested mountain. There is a walking path around the area. There is also a parking lot for the visitors to the reserve if you follow the road (It is OK to enter the road if you are visiting the reserve). There is also another geocache in the reserve.
