Geocache Description:

Your looking for a slightly different cache container. A tool may be required. Bragging rights only for the FTF.

GZ can have a very high number of muggles in the summer months. Things quieten down a bit in the winter, but there are some muggles that live here year round. The beach and parking lot to the south west bring back a lot of youthful memories. Had many a class party on that beach. In the 60's the beach was groomed each morning and it did not have the overgrowth that it has now. Actually used to be able to have bonfires. Also the beach used to be a great area to smelt fish in the spring run. Haven't heard of the smelt running for years. I think the salmon get most of them. If you travel a few hundred metres to the east on Hale Street, you will find a cottage that looks like a stone castle that used to belong to an old friends grandfather. He had gathered the stones by hand and laid them all himself. She had helped him go around picking up the stones when she was a little girl.
