Burke Summit Traditional Cache

This cache is a 6-7 hour return hike 3 hours on old logging roads and 3 hours on secluded forest trails.
To get to this cache: From Coast Meridian turn right on Harper road .Follow the road till you see a gate that is just before the gun club. Park where you can. The gate is the beginning of the park. The road on the other side is the start of your hike. Walk up the road and turn left at the second road and continue uphill. Stay on the main route and ignore the branches on either side. About 90 minutes later you should find what is left of the old ski village. Behind this open area is the start of the Burke Ridge Trail. This flagged trail will take you past lakes and junctions with other trails. Follow the signs for the summit. About 90 minutes later you should be at the cache.
